Navi Cheema is the founder and visionary behind Cheema Luxury Builders, a Texas-based construction and development firm specializing in ground-up development of custom homes, commercial spaces, and branded hotels. With over a decade of experience in the construction and real estate industries, Navi brings a unique blend of precision, business acumen, and design sensibility to every project.
His portfolio includes successful builds of IHG®, Marriott®, and Choice Hotels® properties, alongside luxury custom homes and commercial developments across Texas. Navi also leads multiple ventures in real estate development and the hospitality industry, giving him a holistic perspective on both the build and investment sides of construction.
